As I watch the news, read the latest updates from our boy’s college closures, work to reschedule our spring speaking tour, and try to be calm place for others as they navigate disappointment and fear, I’m asking myself how  can I combat my own anxiety, fear, and negative thoughts? So I broke out a little note book for Gratitude .. a daily and as needed hourly practice for myself. When I can focus on what I have right now, life is so rich.
